CANON SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKITS

In 2024, our objective was to create versatile, audience-focused toolkits for Canon’s core social media channels, building on insights from 2023 and on valuable feedback on past toolkits from our 32 markets in EMEA. These enhanced toolkits feature engaging, evergreen content aligned with Canon's key product categories, top search trends, and popular platform formats.

Designed with an audience-first approach, these toolkits prioritise the needs and interests of our core target audiences, ensuring that content is both relevant and optimized for effective engagement. By aligning toolkit elements with search behavior and trending formats, we’re maximizing reach and impact across Canon’s primary social channels.

INFLUENCER COLLABORATIONS

We collaborated closely with a diverse network of influencers to develop bespoke content tailored for our markets’ social media channels. Leveraging our local markets' strong influencer relationships, we enhanced these partnerships by providing additional collaboration opportunities, reinforcing trust, and driving greater market buy-in for the toolkits and associated assets.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In close collaboration with our exceptional social media agency, TMW, I have been briefing, guiding, and overseeing the agency’s work on this project. My role includes approving and recommending influencer collaborations, managing relationships with market representatives, and securing internal buy-in for the toolkit. Additionally, I’ve worked to expand toolkit visibility across other marketing channels—including web, editorials, and CRM—to maximize asset reach and optimize the impact of influencer partnerships.
