Celebrating a 5th anniversary marks a major milestone in NXT PHASE’s journey as a small boutique gym, symbolising resilience, community growth, and the trust built with members.
Reaching this point demonstrates the strength of the gym’s mission and its ability to make a meaningful impact on members' lives. It’s a moment to honour the dedication of both the team and the community, while setting the stage for future growth and evolving the vision for an inclusive, transformative fitness experience.

CREATIVE CAMPAIGN PLANNING
As a freelancer, I planned and led the creative campaign for NXT PHASE’s 5th anniversary, MY NXT PHASE - Our Story, Told By You, to highlight the inspiring stories of their members and strengthen their community.
From concept to execution, I developed a campaign focused on capturing member stories through interviews that showcased why they chose NXT PHASE and how it has impacted their lives.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
I crafted a social media strategy focusing on celebrating the members’ unique fitness journeys to build a sense of community and authenticity. By capturing personal stories through interviews and transforming them into engaging Instagram Reels, I ensured that the content resonated with both current and potential members.
Each post was tailored to highlight the diversity and dedication of the NXT PHASE community, using a consistent, cohesive voice across all platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

PRODUCTION AND EDITING
I handled all aspects of production and editing to bring members' stories to life on social media. After planning and conducting in-depth interviews, I selected key moments and insights that best captured each member's journey, crafting a compelling narrative for each Instagram Reel.
I edited each video to emphasise authenticity, adding visual elements that aligned with the NXT PHASE brand while ensuring high-quality, engaging content. This production approach allowed us to celebrate our members in a relatable, inspiring way across platforms.

EVENT PLANNING
In addition to developing content, I organised the anniversary event itself, crafting a cohesive promotion and marketing strategy to drive participation and excitement. This multi-channel approach included targeted social media posts, email campaigns, and in-gym promotions, amplifying the campaign's reach and impact within our community. The result was a vibrant celebration of NXT PHASE’s growth and the dedication of their members.
